REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We don't accept order cancellations or product returns

As all Ijan Tola African designs are handmade to order, we unfortunately do not accept order cancellations or returns unless an item is faulty.

Please order carefully and check that any customised details in your order are correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrectly ordered items.

If you notice your order is faulty on arrival, please get in touch by emailing hello@ijantola.com and quoting your order number to begin the returns process.

  • Notification of a faulty item must be made by email within 7 days of the date that you received the product 

  • The faulty item must be returned within 14 days of the date that you received the item

  • Goods must be returned in their original and unused condition

  • Goods must be returned with original tags and packaging 

  • Buyer pays returns postage

  • We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for items damaged or lost in transit

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the returns policy. Returns that appear to be used will regrettably not be refunded and might be returned to you.
