Shipping

All Ijan Tola designs are made to order. Clothing items with personalised embroidery can take between 3 - 5 days to be dispatched and Homeware items can take between 5-10 days. Please drop us an email at hello@ijantola.com prior to ordering if you need your item(s) sooner than the standard delivery time frame, and we will try our best to accommodate.

Ijan Tola ships to most worldwide destinations and offers free shipping on orders above certain shopping basket totals.

All orders will be sent tracked via the Royal Mail postal service, where applicable. For delivery time frames once dispatched and shipping costs please see below:

Tracked UK Shipping: 2-3 business days

• Orders under £50 = £3.95 (Mug orders = £5)

• Order above £50 = Free UK Shipping

Tracked EU Shipping: 3-8 business days

• Orders under £100 = £15

• Orders above £100 = Free EU Shipping

Tracked International, Rest of the World Shipping: 10-15 business days

• Orders under £150 = £20

• Orders above £150 = Free International Shipping

Greeting Cards: 

• Standard UK shipping 1-3 business days: 1 card = £1.50 

• Standard International shipping 5-7 business days: 1 card = £3

Custom Orders Delivery Time Frames

The time needed to prepare a custom order for dispatch varies and will be confirmed at the time of the custom order enquiry.
